The LOYICN rubber belt Slitter Machine is designed for easy longitudinal cutting of rubber belt and other heavy duty conveyor belts.
Features
1.Cutting speed is adjustable to fit various working requirements.
2. Standard working width covers 1200 mm / 1.2 meters ,1600 mm / 1.6 meters or 2400 mm/2.4 meters; extra wider size can be customized on request.
3.Built-in guide rail stops lateral belt shifting, delivering perfectly straight slits with consistent width.
4.Independent electrical control panel integrates speed regulator, frequency inverter, air clutch control and emergency stop button.
5. Full machine controlled by frequency conversion system: adjustable cutting speed, rewinding speed and back winding speed.
Fitted with mechanical length counter; digital length counter is optional to measure cut length accurately.
6.Blades are fixed on movable toolbar, standard configuration with 5 knives, extra knives can be customized.
Custom power supply specifications are acceptable.
