Industrial Conveyor Belt V Guide Welding Tool

To welding the v guide into the conveyor belt , we have two methods.

By heating welding,we use hot air gun .

Fix the hot air gun to a tracking machine. it will be more stable and fast.

The machines as below, you can refer the design.

By high frequency welding machine.

If need to weld the horizontal guides , recommend use high frequency welding machine.

It is very useful and fast.
