Client's required:
We need a press for vulcanization. We need a press to bond a band 450 mm wide and 1,500 mm long (the length of the vulcanization area). We would like three systems (presses) arranged one behind the other so that three 500mm zones can be heated and controlled separately. We require a maximum pressure of 7 bar and water cooling. We were thinking of three rubber vulcanizing presses for a width of 450mm and a length of 500mm, arranged one behind the other.
Could you propose such a system? Or dimensions that are close to these. At this stage of the project, we want to keep costs down, so we could use “standard” components that are close to these specifications (having more zones, slightly narrower ones, or other variations...).
