Stainless steel body hot press used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting. Long life time and fast splicing.
◆ Features & Advantages :
1).Aluminum body and heating platen

3).Different size for belt width from 500 mm up to 3500 mm (wider than 1500 mm, we use Aluminum body)
4).Used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting

11).Heating to 180℃,about 15~20 mins;180℃ cooling down to 60℃ about 3~5 mins (accords to different size press), temperature error(on 650 mm Up and bottom hot plate )is less than 3℃.
