Stainless steel body hot press used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting. Long life time and fast splicing.

1).Aluminum body and heating platen ;
2).Heating platen, heating area, width 180 mm ;
3).Different size for belt width from 500 mm up to 3500 mm ;
4).Used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting ;
5).Air bag (pressure bags) ;
6).Air pressure 0 ~7 bar adjustable ;7).Laser silica gel hot platen ;
8).Easy to use and assemble;
9).Light weight ;
10).Rapid Cooling system within platens 11).Heating to 180℃,about 15~20 mins;180℃ cooling down to 60℃ about 3~5mins (accords to different size press), temperature error(on 650 mm Up and bottom hot plate )is less than 3℃ ；
12).Air pressure: 0~0.7 mpa ；13).Reliable and automatic Temperature Control Panel with time control ；
14).Water cooling pump ；
15).With steel structure ；
16).Standard width: 0.5 m, 0.8 m, 1.2 m ,1.5 m,1.8 m,2.1 m, 3 m ,3.5 m . Any special requirements pls freely to inform us.
17).Voltage: 220 V or 380 V, if special voltage pls freely to inform us.
18).If the press is required for workshop use, Opening system & steel housing is Optional.19).NEW DESIGN – Belt clamp to fasten the long belts. No need to add money.
