How to welding the long small profile on the PVC belt bottom side ?
For your long small profile on the bottom and top belt solution, the best solution is guide machine.
The difference between guide machine and high PF machine work on this small profile.
1.The HF welding machine also can weld long profiles to the top and bottom side of the belt use the mould welding one by one . But the HF machine temperature can not easily control , if can not control properly that will broke the belt and profile.
2.The Gluing machine weld the profiles is continuous.The speed will be faster and more safety.
But this machine just use for the profiles use v type strip to connect belts，can’t not weld the T Cleat, X Cleat, Sidewall.
