We can customized puncher from 500 mm wide to 40000 mm wide.
This cutting machine can be used for PVC belt , PU belt , PVK belt ,transmission belt and etc. It can be adjusted to cut different width belts.
Makes perfect fingers for conveyor belt and work automatically.
Upgraded Air Tank for more faster working speed.

Upgraded the main machine parts delta brand PLC and servo motor , Meanwell power supply etc. for more stable and more accuracy.

Specification:
1.  Fully automatic type. Width: from 500mm to 4000mm, (customization is acceptable)
2.  Belt Width Size: 500 mm ,1000 mm,1600 mm, 2000 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm, 3200 mm, 3500 mm, 

     4000 mm. ( Inventory belt width 2000 mm and 3000 mm )

3.  Can be used for PVC PVK and PU polyurethane belts.
4.  Used for both straight and angled configurations.

5.  Standard finger widths are 10 mm ,11 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm.
6.  Pneumatic belt clamp, both sides with 2 pneumatic cylinders, help to hold the belt in the correct place.
7.  Higher efficiency and economy: Save the cost of labor and belt-testing waste.
8.  Can punch both ends of the belt at the same time, which less waste. 
9.  The blade on the top is an easy and cheaper cost to change.
10. Sturdy sub-frame: the thickness of steel beam plate up to 6 mm.
11.  Automated pneumatic cylinder ( Brand: AirTAC from Taiwan).

11. Blade for straight or diagonal finger punching. Finger width like 10 mm/15 mm/20 mm etc
12. More precise moving per millimeter.
13. One completed body production: durable punch head and high-speed steel blades, easy to change and        maintain.

18. Belt width positioning set on  the PLC touched :The punching head can stop and come back automatically when finish the needed belt width punching. Will not run all the route to waste the time .
